All items sold “as is”. No refunds will be allowed after two days. The Art must be returned in the same condition as it was purchased. All exchanges must be made within 10 business days. Payment in full is according to the time schedule set forth in the signed PURCHASE AGREEMENT. Payments not made within this schedule will incur a monthly service charge of 2% (24% per annum). Client will pay reasonable attorney fees, cost and interest as provided by law, should default in any payment cause collection expenses. Richard J. Demato retains the rights to use of any image of any purchase.
